Smoke on the Water 
University Club member and King of the Grill "Pit Master" Mr. Sam Elliott, and his culinary team worked tirelessly the entire day to smoke pulled pork and beef brisket with his family recipe. They were served along with Chef Brian's butler style appetizers, fried catfish and homestyle chicken, an array of salads, and delectable desserts. Guests enjoyed listening to "Rekindled", a traditional  bluegrass five piece band featuring fiddle, guitar, mandolin, bass and banjo. This was definitely an event to remember!
